OUR MANIFIESTO
Know the principles and demands of #YOSALGOAESCENA
That the entertainment industry be recognized among the sectors mainly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, for having been forced to cease its activity even before the declaration of the state of alarm.
1
That the existence of this sector be recognized, and that, like tourism, it be considered a priority sector for the country's economy.
2
Reduction of the tax rate in Corporation Tax in at least two years, while the dynamics of activity in the entertainment sector are recovered.
3
Grant a deferment of tax debts to 18 months.
4
Extension and flexibility of the terms of the aid already granted, taking into account, in addition to the state of alarm, the delay in the execution of the projects due to the exceptional situation.
5
Incorporation of the expenses generated by the pandemic in the budgets and costs of aid and project subsidies.
6
Proceed to automatically compensate the payment of taxes with the debts that the Public Administrations have with the companies they hire.
7
Establish fully subsidized financial lines, especially aimed at financing working capital and adapted to the characteristics of companies and freelancers in the sector, including the CNAE codes of our industrial activities in ICO credits with hyperreduced interest.
8
Provide legal certainty and certainty to companies and workers regarding the processing time for ERTEs and when unemployment benefits will be received.
9
Grant a deferment of the payments of quotas to Social Security whose accrual period is between the months of April to December of 2020.
10
100% exemption from social security contributions, also for ERTE cases derived from economic, technical, organizational and production causes for the period in which workers have not been able to join their jobs.
11
In general, to reduce to all sectors of economic activity, the Tax on Economic Activities, the Tax on Real Property and the rates linked to the development of business activity (rate of waste and rate of fords, among others).
12
Design employment strategies and aid programs that specifically address the particularities of our productive fabric and reinforce state or regional lines.
13
Maintain the concept of force majeure until such time as there is the possibility of working 100% of the capacity.
14
That the ERTE by force majeure or by ETOP, be extended beyond June 30 in the companies that make up the entertainment industry.
15
That the aid to the self-employed in our industry be extended beyond September 30, 2020, taking into account that the incorporation of these professionals will be one of the last in the chain.
16
Include technical and auxiliary personnel who collaborate in the production of shows (not just artists) in the measures adopted by RDL 17/2020 of May 5, which approves measures to support the cultural sector.
17
Apply tax deductions in the income statement 2020 and 2021 for the professionals of the entertainment industry whose activity is carried out mainly by work and service contracts that are not going to be carried out.
18
Bonuses in the social security contributions of self-employed professionals, SMEs and micro-SMEs of service companies with activities related to the entertainment industry, as well as auxiliary companies in the technical field.
19
Finally, expressly requesting the inclusion of a representation of our industrial sector in the negotiating tables in which the measures for the industry and tourism sectors are agreed, both recipients of almost all of the sector's work.
