Bikefest Spain 2022 is a sponsored cycling event of 1, 2 and 3 days from Valencia to ISE in Barcelona, leaving on January 29, 2022 and arriving on 31. The objective is to give visibility and raise vital funds for those professionals in the sector of live events that have been seriously affected economically by the pandemic and make visible other important areas that affect the industry such as inclusivity, sustainability and diversity.

Why this initiative?

· A large part of the community that is part of the Live Events industry is still suffering the consequences of the closures and other effects of the pandemic.

· Visibility is still needed to solve current problems in the sector and many people still need financial support.

· As a cross-cutting industry, great value is added to the global economy and the well-being of people and this needs to be understood by governments and administrations.

You can participate by pedaling, sponsoring or making a donation.

Live events around the world have been devastated, from major festivals and iconic theaters, to grassroots venues and corporate events. Without significant immediate government support, the entire supply chain is at risk of collapse. Stand ONE with a growing collective of organizations, businesses and freelancers from around the world on Wednesday, September 30 for GlobalDay. Together we will make the voice of our industry heard!

To highlight that the live events sector urgently needs the support of governments to survive the Covid-19 crisis, Global Day will take place on September 30. Around the world, thousands of venues will be lit red with unique beams, projections and art installations to raise awareness among governments and the media of the need to drive change.
